In accordance with Article 30 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On Legal Acts”, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, subject to which amendments and additions were made to the procedure for determining the cost of construction and repair work, approved by the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan No. 10217

“On cost of construction and repair works” dated January 30, 2009.

In accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan “On Licensing Certain Types of Activities” and the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan No. 1771 dated May 29, 2020

“On Improving the Organization of Licensing Activities in Turkmenistan”, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, subject to which the Regulation on Licensing Work was approved for the production of industrial building materials, products and structures.

In accordance with Articles 30–31 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On Legal Acts”, the President of Turkmenistan, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, according to which additions, amendments were made to some regulatory legal acts of the President of Turkmenistan and some of them were recognized invalidated.
