In order to organize preparations for state events on the occasion of the 32^nd anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence and hold them at a high level in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree according to which the relevant Organizing Committee was created and its composition was approved.

The document prescribes:

the Ministry of Culture, together with the relevant ministries and branch departments, the khyakimliks of the velayats, Ashgabat and Arkadag cities to prepare a draft Plan of celebrations and events on the occasion of the 32^nd anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence and submit it to the Cabinet of Ministers;

the relevant ministries, branch departments, khyakimliks of the velayats, Ashgabat and Arkadag cities to provide the above-mentioned celebrations and events to be held at a high organizational level.
