A modern cultural and entertainment park will be built in the capital's residential area Choganly

In order to create optimal conditions for cultural leisure of residents and guests of the city of Ashgabat and further enhance the beauty of its architectural and urban design in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution allowing the Ministry of Internal Affairs to conclude a contract with the individual enterprise «Nowa hyzmat» for design and construction with landscaping of the adjacent territory of a modern cultural and entertainment park in the metropolitan residential area of Choganly, with the condition of laying internal and external supply engineering systems and facilities for electricity, water supply and sewerage for the park and connecting them to the citywide network.

The document prescribes to start construction work in August 2023 and to hand over the facility with full readiness for operation in August 2025.
