In order to create conditions for comfortable living and recreation of the population, along with development of economic sectors in the period of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree authorizing the “Türkmenhimiýa” State Concern to conclude a contract with the “Dürli-ýaz” Individual Enterprise for the design and construction in the village of Guvlymayak, Turkmenbashy District, Balkan Velayat, of a complex of residential houses and buildings, including six four-storey 32-apartment, four 40-apartment and two 60-apartment residential houses, a 320-seat general education school, a kindergarten for 120 children and a shopping and entertainment center with the improvement of the adjacent areas, under the condition of laying external engineering supply systems and facilities of electricity, gas and water supply, communications, sewerage systems and connecting them to the metropolitan area network.

The document prescribes to begin construction work in November 2023, and commission the complex of residential houses and buildings fully ready to use in November 2026.
