By order of the President of Turkmenistan, the hakim of the Bagtyyarlyk etrap of the city of Ashgabat Gyshykov Agageldi Meretdurdyyevich was reprimanded for shortcomings in the cleaning, improvement, and repair of roads carried out on the territory of the etrap, as well as for improper performance of official duties.
