In accordance with paragraph 15 of Article 71 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, I decree:

to assign the Minister of Adalat of Turkmenistan, Senior Counselor of Justice Taganov Merettagan Gurbandurdyyevich the qualification class of State Counselor of Justice of the 3rd class.
