Decree of the President of Turkmenistan on the appointment and dismissal of prosecutors

In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Prosecutor’s Office of Turkmenistan», I decree:

appoint first-class lawyer Shadurdy Hangeldiyevich Tashliyev as the prosecutor of the Ahal velayat;

appoint first-class lawyer Orazmyrat Annamyradovich Gurbanov as a prosecutor to supervise compliance with laws in correctional institutions of the Ahal velayat;

dismiss junior counselor of justice Pirbabayev Merdan Mahmudovich from the post of prosecutor of the Ahal velayat for improper performance of official duties;

dismiss junior justice adviser Mekan Ishangulyyevich Ulugberdiyev from the post of prosecutor for supervision of compliance with laws in correctional institutions of Ahal velayat due to the expiration of his term of office.

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov in accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Prosecutor’s Office of Turkmenistan»:

junior counsellor of justice Annamuhammedov Batyr Kakamyradovich was appointed military prosecutor of the city of Ashgabat;

junior counsellor of justice Annamyradov Ahmet Berdimyradovich was appointed prosecutor of the Ak Bugday etrap of Ahal velayat;

counsellor of justice Yovshanov Begench Bashimgulyevich was appointed prosecutor of the Etrek etrap of the Balkan velayat;

1st class lawyer Hommadov Begli Kakageldiyevich was appointed prosecutor of the Turkmenbashy etrap of the Balkan velayat;

2nd class lawyer Atayev Kakajan Dovranovich was appointed prosecutor of the Saparmyrat Turkmenbashy etrap of Dashoguz velayat;

1st class lawyer Yalkabov Bashim Charygulyyevich was appointed prosecutor of the Vekilbazar etrap of Mary velayat;

counsellor of justice Gurbandurdy Suhhanberdiyevich Melayev was appointed military prosecutor of the Lebap velayat with the dismissal of the deputy prosecutor of the Lebap velayat;

counsellor of justice Annayev Yakup Meretmuhammedovich was relieved of the post of military prosecutor of the city of Ashgabat due to the expiration of his term of office;

junior counsellor of justice Annayev Berdimyrat Niyazberdiyevich was relieved of his post as prosecutor of the Gokdepe etrap of Ahal velayat due to the expiration of his term of office;

junior counsellor of justice Yolmyradov Meylis Tirkeshovich was relieved from the post of prosecutor of the Etrek etrap of the Balkan velayat due to the expiration of his term of office;

counsellor of justice Ruslan Hamrayevich Dovranov was relieved of his post as prosecutor of the Turkmenbashy etrap of Balkan velayat due to the expiration of his term of office;

counsellor of justice Gonurov Alym Abdullayevich was relieved of his post as deputy prosecutor of Dashoguz velayat due to the expiration of his term of office;

junior counsellor of justice Meylis Akmyradovich Hojaev was relieved of his post as prosecutor of the Saparmurat Turkmenbashy etrap of Dashoguz velayat due to the expiration of his term of office;

junior counsellor of justice Shohrat Terkeshovich Mamiyev was relieved of his post as prosecutor of the Vekilbazar etrap of Mary velayat due to the expiration of his term of office;

junior counsellor of justice Nayayev Gurbanguly Azadyyevich was relieved of his post as prosecutor of Ak Bugday etrap, Ahal velayat due to improper performance of official duties;

counsellor of justice Myradov Shatlyk Gundogdyyevich was relieved of his post as military prosecutor of Lebap velayat.
