Considering the great merits in the development of Turkmen sports during the years of independence of Turkmenistan and the increase in its international authority, successful performance in winning a prize and achieving high results at the international hockey tournament held at the Sports Complex for Winter Sports in Ashgabat on the 15^th to 20^th of April, 2024, special differences in training, educational work in hockey, I decree:
