By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov in accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Prosecutor's Office of Turkmenistan»:

Justice Advisor Berdiyev Ovezgeldi Gurbanovich was appointed military prosecutor of the Ahal velayat;

Junior Justice Advisor Pellayev Shyhly Alladurdyyevich was appointed deputy prosecutor of the Lebap velayat, relieving him of his post as prosecutor of the Shabat etrap of the Dashoguz velayat;

Justice Advisor Gurdov Agarejep Babaniyazovich was appointed prosecutor of the Halach etrap of the Lebap velayat, relieving him of his post as prosecutor of the city of Turkmenbashy of the Balkan velayat;

1st class lawyer Nurgeldiyev Kerim Ovezmuhammedovich was appointed prosecutor of the city of Turkmenbashy, Balkan velayat;

1st class lawyer Hommadov Annanur Jumamyradovich was appointed prosecutor of the Esenguly etrap, Balkan velayat;

1st class lawyer Yarov Yaran Gochmyradovich was appointed prosecutor of the Shabat etrap, Dashoguz velayat;

1st class lawyer Halmyradov Nurmyrat Nurmammedovich was appointed prosecutor of the Bayramaly etrap, Mary velayat;

Junior Justice Advisor Rozyyev Toyly Allanazarovich was dismissed from the post of military prosecutor of the Ahal velayat due to the expiration of his term of office;

Justice Advisor Rahmedov Begench Ovlyakulyyevich was dismissed from the post of prosecutor of the Esenguly etrap of the Balkan velayat due to the expiration of his term of office;

Junior Justice Advisor Bayramgeldiyev Mekan Orazmyradovich was dismissed from the post of prosecutor of the Bayramaly etrap of the Mary velayat due to the expiration of his term of office;

Junior Justice Advisor Bekmammedov Azat Yazmammedovich was dismissed from the post of prosecutor of the Halach etrap of the Lebap velayat.
