In connection with the change in the administrative-territorial division of the Ahal, Dashoguz, Lebap, and Mary velayats, and in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Prosecutor's Office of Turkmenistan», the President of Turkmenistan and Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, signed a Resolution.

In accordance with the document, the following offices have been created within the total number of employees of the prosecutor's offices of Turkmenistan:

the prosecutor's office of the Altyn Asyr etrap of the Ahal velayat;

the prosecutor's offices of the Garashsyzlyk and Gubadag etraps of the Dashoguz velayat;

the prosecutor's offices of the Dovletli, Farap, and Garabekevul etraps of the Lebap velayat;

the prosecutor's office of the Oguzhan etrap of the Mary velayat.

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Prosecutor's Office of Turkmenistan»:

First-class lawyer Agayev Eziz Bashimdurdyyevich has been appointed Deputy Prosecutor General of Turkmenistan, relieving him of his post as Prosecutor of the Konurgench etrap of the Dashoguz velayat;

Justice Counselor Yovshanov Begench Bashimgulyyevich has been appointed Deputy Prosecutor of the Ahal velayat, relieving him of his post as Prosecutor of the Etrek etrap of the Balkan velayat;

Justice Counselor Charyyev Serdar Babajanovich has been appointed Deputy Prosecutor of the Dashoguz velayat, relieving him of his post as Deputy Prosecutor of the Balkan velayat.

Junior Justice Advisor Saparlyyev Nurmuhammet Meretseyidovich has been appointed Deputy Prosecutor of the Balkan velayat;

Second-Class Lawyer Imamgulyyev Chynar Amangulyevich has been appointed Prosecutor of the Kopetdag etrap of Ashgabat;

Second-Class Lawyer Ballyyev Babanepes Kemal ogly has been appointed Prosecutor of the Etrek etrap of the Balkan velayat;

Second-Class Lawyer Abayev Abahaji Jumadurdyyevich has been appointed Prosecutor of the Konurgench etrap of the Dashoguz velayat;

Justice Advisor Atayev Rahim Hekimovich has been relieved of his post as Deputy Prosecutor General of Turkmenistan due to the expiration of his term.
