In order to successfully continue reforms in the agricultural sector, distribute agricultural crops according to their types in accordance with the soil and climatic conditions of the velayats and etraps, as well as significantly increase agricultural production volumes through scientifically based crop rotation and increased crop yields in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the plan for the zoning of agricultural crops by velayat in 2026.

The Ministry of agriculture, relevant agencies, and regional administrations are instructed to ensure the production of abundant agricultural crops through the establishment of scientifically based crop rotation in accordance with agricultural standards and the widespread introduction of advanced production methods.
