In order to continue the reforms implemented in the agricultural sector of the country during the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, to further increase the volume of agricultural production, and to produce high rice yields, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution «On rice production in 2026 in Turkmenistan». In accordance with the document, the Ministry of agriculture, the State association «Türkmengallaönümleri», and the hakimliks of the Daşoguz and Lebap velayats in the corresponding etraps of these velayats are instructed to ensure the production of a high rice yield by establishing production and crop rotation on a scientific basis in accordance with the requirements of agricultural technology.

In order to further enhance the importance of the intellectual property system in the innovative economic development of the country in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, improve the legal framework of the national intellectual property system in accordance with international standards, and ensure the effective protection of intellectual property rights, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution. In accordance with the document, the Concept for the development of the intellectual property system in Turkmenistan for 2026–2052 and the action Plan for the implementation of this Concept for 2026–2030 were approved.

The Ministry of finance and economy, relevant ministries and industry departments are instructed to ensure the implementation of the measures outlined in the above documents.
