In order to significantly improve the national song and music art and enrich it with new vocal and pop works, glorify the grandiose transformations and the wonderful era being carried out in the country, identify young talented performers and encourage them in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, as well as award young amateur singers who successfully performed and distinguished themselves with their original performance technique in a television competition «Ýaňlan, Diýarym!», Held as part of the competition for the award of the President of Turkmenistan «Türkmeniň Altyn Asyry» on the occasion of the 35^th anniversary of independence of the country celebrated in the year «Independent neutral Turkmenistan – the homeland of purposeful winged horses», the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree according to which the following young performers were declared the winners of the teleconference and awarded the gold chain of the President of Turkmenistan:
