To release Allakulyev Sohbed from the post of khyakim of Koytendag etrap of Lebap velayat for failure to fulfill the duties assigned him.
In connection with the changes in the administrative-territorial division of the Akhal velayat, as well as in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Prosecutor's Office of Turkmenistan”, the President of Turkmenistan, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Resolution, according to which, , the prosecutor's office of the city of Arkadag, Akhal velayat, was created within the total staffing of the prosecutor's office of Turkmenistan.

To release Bayramgulyev Mammet Guldurdyevich from the position of khyakim of Gyzylarbat etrap of Balkan velayat.
To appoint Annamyradov Shokhrat Khudayberdiyevich khyakim of Gyzylarbat etrap of Balkan velayat and release him from the position of deputy minister of agriculture and environmental protection of Turkmenistan for agricultural production.
In order to implement the Articles 2 and 11 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities”, and to ensure the safe operation of hazardous production facilities, as well as to prevent accidents at these facilities, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree approving the procedure for registering hazardous production facilities in the relevant state register, the procedure for developing action plans for the localization of accidents at hazardous production facilities and the elimination of their consequences ,and the requirements for the content of these plans.
Appoint Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Belgium (city of Brussels) Palvanov Sapar Begjanovich concurrently the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
