In order to further enhance the culture of passenger service in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, increase the number of airlines, ensure flight safety, as well as successfully solve the tasks for the development of the air transport sector outlined in the “Program of the President of Turkmenistan for socio-economic development of the country for 2019-2025”, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, having allowed Türkmenhowaýollary Agency of Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers to conclude with Gündogdy IE a contract for the design and construction of an international airport complex in Jebel village of Balkan velayat, designed to serve 100 passengers per hour, with landscaping of the adjacent territory and with the condition of construction of highways leading to the complex, as well as external supply engineering systems and objects of communication, electricity, gas, water supply and sewerage with their connection to the common network.

Following the age-old traditions of good neighborliness and humanism of the Turkmen people, in order to provide humanitarian help to the fraternal people of Afghanistan in June 2022 in connection with the earthquake that occurred in the Afghan provinces of Khost and Paktika, which caused numerous casualties and injuries, as well as large-scale destruction, the President of Turkmenistan signed The order, instructing the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection, the Ministry of Textile Industry, the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs to donate the relevant goods, food products, medicines and medical supplies to the Afghan side as humanitarian help.

By order of the President of Turkmenistan, a delegation of our country was sent to the city of Hanoi of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam from June 27 to July 1, 2022 to discuss bilateral issues in the political, diplomatic, trade, economic, scientific, educational and urban planning fields, as well as holding a business meeting, meetings  and negotiations.

In order to develop the country's road construction industry in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, modernize and increase the country's transport and transit potential in accordance with developed world technologies, form a modern system for the transportation of goods and passengers, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution in accordance with which the State Agency for Management construction of roads, it was allowed to conclude a contract with Limited Liability Company Road Construction “Altcom” (Ukraine) for the design and construction of a two-way two-lane road bridge across the Garabogaz Kol Bay along the Turkmenbashy–Garabogaz–Kazakhstan border highway and its supply roads.

In order to successfully solve the tasks set for the oil and gas industry of the country in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of a powerful state, as well as supply the State Concern “Türkmengaz” with the necessary chemicals, catalysts and ceramic balls, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, allowing the State Concern “Turkmengaz” to conclude a contract with the company “Altavista F.Z.C” (UAE) contract for the purchase of chemicals, catalysts and ceramic balls.
