The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, authorizing the Ministry of Industry and Construction to conclude a contract with the “Beýik-Bina” Individual Enterprise for design and construction of the 2nd turn of the plant for the production of one million tons of cement per year in the Baherden Etrap, Ahal Velayat. , o improve the adjacent territory subject to constructions of external supply.
