President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov left on working trip to Mary Velayat where he held offsite session of the Cabinet of Ministers. In Mary International Airport, the Head of the State was met by the officials.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed his condolences to President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Hassan Rouhani over the Iran Aseman Airlines plane crash in the Zagros Mountains near Semirom, Isfahan Province, which entailed numerous human losses.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov issued the Resolution, severely reprimanding Minister of Automobile Transport Aydogdyev Maksat Toturbabayevich for the improper execution of the official duties and the serious shortcomings in his work.

According to the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Textile Industry is authorized to sign the contract with Cotam Enterprises Ltd. (the British Virgin Islands) for the design and construction of a textile complex in Kaahka Etrap, Ahal Velayat. The complex to be supplied with the most advanced equipment will produce 3,650 tons of cotton yarn, 12 million square metres of high-quality fabrics, 10 million square metres of dyed fabrics and 1.2 million of sewn products annually.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held video conference working session with the participation of some Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, heads of number of ministries and hyakims of the velayats and the capital. The agenda of the session included priority issues of the state life as well as the course of agricultural and construction works in the country.

For further development of cooperation between Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan Republic, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, having approved the composition of Turkmen – Azeri Interstate Committee on economic cooperation from Turkmen side.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov congratulated the participants of international conference “Diplomacy of the Silk Road: Triumph of peace, friendship and cooperation” on the Day of Diplomatic Personnel of Turkmenistan and on the start of the forum.
