The head of state Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov have signed Decrees that sanctioned the following appointments: Guvanchali Mammetgulievich Bairamov – Deputy Minister of Railway Transport of Turkmenistan; Azat Muhammedovich Ataev – pro-Rector for Research of the Oguzkhan University of Engineering Technologies; Annadurdy Erkinovich Kosaev (outgoing Deputy Minister of Motor Transport of Turkmenistan) – Vice-Chairman of the State Sea and River Transport Service.
