President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed his condolences to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev over the crash of «An-148» passenger plane, which entailed numerous human losses. On behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan and on his behalf, the head of Turkmen state conveyed his deep sympathy and support to the families and relatives of the victims.
