The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution approving a list of some construction and industrial goods that are subject to customs duties when imported into Turkmenistan and the amount of customs duties. The Ministry of Finance and Economy and the State Customs Service are instructed jointly with the Ministry of Justice to prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers, within a month, proposals for amendments and additions to the legislation of the country arising from this Resolution. The Decree enters into force on April 1, 2018.
