President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed deep condolences to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev over numerous fire victims in the shopping and entertainment mall in the city of Kemerovo. On behalf of the people, the Government of Turkmenistan and on his behalf, the President of Turkmenistan expressed his deep sympathy and support to the families and friends of the victims and the wishes for a speedy recovery to the injured.
