For the improper execution of the official duties and the serious shortcomings in work, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov issued the Resolution, severely reprimanding: Chairman of the Turkmenistan State Commercial Bank Hadjiev Meylisgeldy Charygeldyevich Chairman of the Halkbank State Commercial Bank Arabov Myrat Sapardurdyevich.
