With a view to reforming the national food industry and enhancing its work the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree sanctioning: incorporation of the State Association of Food Industry of Turkmenistan into the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of Turkmenistan; designation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of Turkmenistan as successor of the State Association of Food Industry of Turkmenistan; the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources, together with the Ministry of Justice, to draft and submit, within one month, to the Cabinet of Minister of Turkmenistan the proposals on legislative amendments and additions ensuing from this Decree.
