President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed deep condolences to President of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria Abdelaziz Bouteflika over the military plane crash near Boufarik airport that caused numerous victims. On behalf of the people, the Government of Turkmenistan and on his behalf the President of Turkmenistan expressed the deep sympathy and support to the families and friends of the victims.
