According to the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the National Turkmen Horse Day will be annually celebrated on the last Sunday of April. “Türkmen atlary” State Association shell ensure the high level of organization of the National Turkmen Horse Day. The ministries, core departments as well as khyakimliks of the regions and the Turkmen capital shall provide assistance in the organization of this holiday. In accordance with the Decree, “Türkmen atlary” State Association jointly with the Ministry of Justice shall draft the proposal on the amendments to the legislation of Turkmenistan and submit them to the Cabinet of Ministers.
