President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov extended congratulations to Vladimir Putin on his inauguration as the President of the Russian Federation. “I am confident that under Your wise leadership, Russia will gain new achievements in the political, social and economic development, strengthening the authority at the international arena”, said the Turkmen leader in his address. Emphasizing the high level of relations between the two states, the President of Turkmenistan underlined that the successful mutually beneficial partnership had reached the qualitatively new levels in recent years. “Today, our states have successfully cooperated in a wide range of areas. I am sure that due to our joint efforts, the Turkmen-Russian relations will dynamically develop and strengthen in framework of mutually beneficial cooperation in the name of our countries and peoples”, said the President of Turkmenistan in his congratulatory address. Taking the opportunity, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov wished Vladimir Putin good health, happiness and success in this very responsible position as well as peace and prosperity to the people of Russia.
