President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution releasing lieutenant-colonel Orazmamedov Rovshen Nazarovich from the post of the Deputy Minister of Defense – the Head of the Main Department of Civil Defense and Rescue Operations of the Ministry of Defense for the serious shortcomings in his work.
