It is great honour for me to send my cordial congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency on occasion of the sacred month of Ramadan, - the message of Sultan of Oman Qaboos bin Said addressed to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov says. – I pray the Almighty for granting strong health and happiness to Your Excellency and wealth and prosperity to fraternal Turkmen people as well as for blessing to all Muslim ummah.
