In order to actively attract foreign investment into all sectors of economy and develop a set of measures to stimulate them during the country's transition to modern market relations, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, authorizing to establish an interdepartmental commission for foreign investments, approving its membership and the Regulations on the Commission.
