The capital of Malaysia Kuala Lumpur hosted XIX Conference of the Asian Association Sports Press, which was attended by representatives of our country. The members of the Turkmen delegation in order to popularize upcoming in September 5th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games in our country, have organized an exhibition and held a video presentation of the Olympic Village, in the arenas of which Asian Games-2017 will be held and informed the participants of the conference with the historical and cultural monuments of Turkmenistan. In the course of the forum the representatives of the Asian Union of International Association of Sports Press made reports about the conducted work in 2016. The participants noted the importance of the organized events in our country on the occasion of 500 days prior to the start of 5th Asian Games and the sports media forum, held in September last year. The participants highly appreciated the opportunities and conditions created in the Olympic village for sports journalists, activities to prepare for the Games.
