During the Asian Junior Wrestling Championship in Chinese Taipei that started today, Seydulla Tazaev of Turkmenistan won a gold medal in Greco-Roman wrestling in the weight category up to 60 kg.

This is not the first success of our compatriot in the international sports arena. Last year the trainee of Honored Trainer of Turkmenistan Rozy Rejepov became the bronze medalist of the World Championship, held in the city of Macon (France). Last month, the Islamic Solidarity Games took place in the capital of Azerbaijan – the city of Baku, where S.Tazaev also went up to the third step of the podium.

Despite his young age (17 years of age), Seydulla is one of the main contenders for a position in the national team to take part in the 5th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games.
