“It gives me great pleasure to offer Your Excellency the warmest congratulations on the occasion of the 26th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence on behalf of the people, the Government of India, and personally,” the Indian leader’s message to President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov states. The bilateral relations between India and Turkmenistan have traditionally been characterized by mutual trust and friendliness. I am confident that our ties will continue to strengthen and develop in various areas. I wish the very best of health and happiness to Your Excellency, and further progress and prosperity to the people of Turkmenistan.”
