In accordance with the Decree of President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, General-Colonel, Minister of National Security of Turkmenistan, Berdiyev Yaylym is reduced to the lower rank of Major General.

In accordance with the Decree of President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Rector of the Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Major General of Police, Amanov Charymyrat is promoted to the rank of Lieutenant General of Police.

In accordance with the Resolution of President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Minister of Defense of Turkmenistan Begench Gundogdiyev is severely reprimanded for the improper execution of the official duties and shortcomings in his work.

In accordance with the Decree of President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, for conscientious fulfillment of the sacred military duty, the great merits in strengthening the defense power of the country, law and order in society, as well as in honor of the Day of the Defenders of the Fatherland, military and class ranks are conferred to the group of military and law enforcement officers of the country.

The Institute of State, Law and Democracy hosted regular session of Interdepartmental Commission for provision of international obligations of Turkmenistan in human rights and international humanitarian law. Representatives of the Mejlis, ministries, departments and public organizations took part in the meeting.

President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country, Army General Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held extended session of the State Security Council where outcomes of activity of military and law enforcement agencies of the country for 2019 have been summed up. On the instruction of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Chairperson of the Mejlis G. Mammedova received credentials from the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cyprus to Turkmenistan Andreas Zenonos.

Special emphasis in the article is laid on importance of introduction of digitization system in agricultural complex and its role in imp mentation of the state programmes.

In accordance with the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Atayev Toyly Amanmuhammedovich is released from the positions as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Federative Republic of Germany, the Republic of Poland and the Kingdom of Denmark and is appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Ukraine.
