President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree awarding the title “People’s Artist of Turkmenistan” to stage director of the Department for Cultural Affairs of the Press Centre of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, Hakberdy Hudayberdiyev for the significant contribution to the development of the art of music and singing, many years of conscientious work, artistic skills and talent.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, approving the membership of the Joint Turkmen-Uzbek Commission for trade, economic, scientific, technological and cultural cooperation for Turkmenistan.
