The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which Ashgabat Passenger Transport Department and Driving Schools Association of Türkmenawtoulaglary Agency are allowed to take part as founders in establishment of Awtoulag kärhanalar birleşigi Open Joint Stock venture with the share of 40 and 30 percent respectively in the charter capital.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held video conference working session of the Cabinet of Ministers where current issues of the state life have been discussed and drafts of some documents have been reviewed.

The Mejlis of Turkmenistan has adopted the Resolutions on Ratification of the Protocol on Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary Context to the Framework Convention for the Protection of the Marine Environment of the Caspian Sea, on Ratification of the European Agreement on Main International Traffic Arteries, on Ratification of the European Agreement on Main International Railway Lines, on Ratification of the European Agreement on Important International Combined Transport Lines and Related Installations, on Ratification of the European Agreement supplementing the 1968 Convention on Road Traffic, on Ratification of the European Agreement supplementing the 1968 Convention on Road Signs and Signals, on Ratification of the Protocol on Road Markings to the European Agreement supplementing the 1968 Convention on Road Signs and Signals, on Ratification of the Amendment to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer.

The Mejlis of Turkmenistan has adopted the Resolutions on Joining to the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals, on Joining to the International Convention for the Protection of Performers, Producers of Phonograms and Broadcasting Organizations, on Joining to the Agreement on the Protection of Afro-Eurasian Migratory Wetland Birds, on Joining to the Marrakech Treaty to Facilitate Access to Published Works for Persons Who Are Blind, Visually Impaired or Otherwise Print Disabled.

In his address to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, President of the United States of America, Donald Trump expressed gratitude to the Turkmen leader on behalf of the people of his country for congratulations on the 244th anniversary of US independence.
