In accordance with the Resolution of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Chary Gylydzhov, who is in charge for the trade complex, textile industry and entrepreneurship, and Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Esenmyrat Orazgeldiyev, who is in charge for the agro-industrial complex, were severely reprimanded for the improper execution of official duties, weakening of control over the activities of the ministries and departments under their supervision.

In order to increase the volume of potatoes, vegetables and melons and gourds, fruits and berries and other agricultural crops produced in the country, their proper storage, as well as to ensure affordable prices for these products, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution instructing the ""Daýhanbank"" State Commercial Bank to allocate loan assets out of the funds of the Central Bank to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection to finance the construction and reconstruction of refrigerating storehouses.
