In accordance with the Decree of President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the qualification category of the Councillor of Justice was conferred on Minister of Justice Begmurat Muhamedov.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made working trip around the capital including look around from the helicopter.
