During Turkmen – Belarusian high-level talks with participation of the official delegations in Ashgabat, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov estimated the condition and prospects of bilateral economic cooperation.

During the Turkmen-Belarussian talks held in Ashgabat in expanded format, the President of Turkmenistan emphasized the positive dynamics of the trade turnover between the two countries in 2016, which increased by 4.4 % as compare to 2015. The President of Turkmenistan underlined that Belarus was one of old and reliable partners of Turkmenistan in the trade and economic sphere.
