On November 11, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov held a regular session of the Cabinet of Ministers which was focused on advancing the earlier accepted government programs and on drafting some important official documents.

On November 10, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov convened a working meeting to discuss the ongoing preparations for the first Sustainable Transport System Global Conference and for the ceremony of launching the transnational railway (phase one) – the Asian International Railway Corridor. Among the meeting attendees were Cabinet Deputies Chairman, khyakims of the capital and Lebap velayat.

On November 8, the Malaysian capital hosted the talks between the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov and the Prime Minister of Malaysia Dato’ Sri Mohd Najib Tun Haji Abdul Razak.

Last week, a meeting was held in the National Parliament with the delegation of the People’s Republic of China that arrived in Ashgabat headed by Deputy Chairperson of All-China Women’s Federation Ms Shen Yueyue.

On October 27, Mejlis of Turkmenistan hosted a meeting with members of a representative delegation led by Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Murtaza Javed Abbasi, who had come on a visit to the Turkmen capital to join the celebrations in honor of the 25th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Independence.
