On September 6, a working trip started of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov to Balkan velayat, timed to the ceremonies of launching some important construction objects and to the upcoming regular session of the Elders’ Council of Turkmenistan to be held in Avaza etrap of Turkmenbashi city.

On September 4, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov convened a regular session of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan to sum up the running year’s eight-month state-of-the-economy results, give consideration to other important issues of state life, and to sign a number of documents.

On September 3, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov received Executive Director of “Turkmenistan-USA” Business Council Mr. Eric Stewart.

On September 3, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the country’s Armed Forces, General Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov convened a regular session of the State Security Council of Turkmenistan to consider the running year’s 8-month results of activities of military and law enforcement establishments of the country, as well as the issues of further modernization of the material and technical base of these institutions in the context of effective solution of the tasks set by the head of state.

On September 2, President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to Turkmenistan Mr. Ralf Andreas Breth who presented his credentials to the head of state.

On September 1, timed to Knowledge and Student Youth Day, a grand ceremony was held with participation of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov of opening new complex of buildings of the Teachers’ Training School named after Aman Kekilov constructed in the Görogly Street.

On August31, President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov held a working meeting in the format of videoconferencing with participation of velayats’ and the Turkmen capital’s khyakims. The video-session was focused on the important aspects of socio-economic development of the country, the implementation progress of seasonal agricultural campaigns and the National Transformative Program launched in the regions, as well as other priority items of state life.

On August 28, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov convened a regular session of the Cabinet of Ministers to consider the important issues of state life, as well as the drafts of some documents.

On August 27, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov paid an official visit to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

On August 25, the Turkmen capital hosted the negotiation process between President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov and Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria Boyko Borisov who the day before arrived in our country on his first-time official visit.
