On March 6, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov conducted a regular Cabinet session to sum up this year’s two-month work results in the national economy’s sectors and the country’s socio-economic development, as well as to consider drafts of a number of documents and other important issues of state life.

On March 6, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov as usual left for work in the early morning. On his way, he visited a medical center, where his mother Ogulabat Berdymuhamedova was undergoing a course of recreation therapy.

On March 5, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Army General Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov convened a meeting of the State Security Council to sum up outcomes of this year’s two-month activity of the military and law-enforcement bodies and define tasks for further improvement and strengthening of material and technical base of the agencies.
